Currency, Pricing & When You Are Charged

All prices shown on our site are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. You will be charged in the currency shown at checkout. Your card issuer or bank may perform a currency conversion and may apply additional fees.

Authorization & Capture: We may authorize your payment method at the time of order placement to verify funds. The final charge will occur when your order is processed for fulfillment. For pre-order or made-to-order items we will clearly indicate the expected charge timing on the product page and at checkout.

Taxes

Refunds, Returns & Chargebacks

Refunds and returns are handled according to our Refund & Return Policy. If you believe a charge is incorrect, please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

Initiating an unjustified chargeback without first contacting Woodcroft Home may delay resolution and could result in fees. If a chargeback is filed, we will investigate and provide documentation to our payment processor as required.

Subscription & Recurring Payments (If Applicable)

If a product or service you purchase includes recurring payments (subscriptions, memberships, or installment plans), the subscription terms—including billing frequency, trial period (if any), cancellation, and refund rules—will be clearly shown on the product page and during checkout. You can cancel recurring payments by contacting info@woodcrofthome.com or by following the instructions provided at the time of purchase.
